Genie Cherrypicker Hire of North Harrow
Despite laborious efforts to reduce the toll, falls from height remain one of the most common causes of death and major injury for employees in the construction industry.
The number of injuries has fallen significantly over the last 20 years or so, however building stays a high-risk market. There were 50 deadly injuries in the building trade in 2011. And although construction work makes up just about five per cent of the British work-force, it still represents 27 percent of fatal injuries and 9 percent of major injuries.
Clearly, ensuring you have an entirely safe working platform is crucial when working at height. Your life might depend on the quality of the cherry picker that you use.
