Genie Cherrypicker Hire of North Cheam
Despite strenuous efforts to decrease the toll, falls from height are still among the most common causes of death and major injury for workers in the building industry.
The number of injuries has fallen considerably over the last 20 years or so, however building continues to be a high-risk market. There were 50 deadly injuries in the construction trade in 2011. And although construction work makes up just about five percent of the British work-force, it still accounts for 27 per cent of deadly injuries and 9 per cent of major injuries.
Clearly, making sure you have a really safe working platform is essential when working at height. Your life might depend upon the quality of the cherry picker that you hire.
