Genie Cherrypicker Hire of Harrow-on-the-Hill
Regardless of exhausting efforts to lower the toll, falls from height remain one of the most common causes of death and significant injury for employees in the construction industry.
Although the number of injuries has fallen significantly over the last 20 years or two, construction continues to be a high-risk market. There were 50 deadly injuries in the building trade in 2011. And although construction work makes up just about 5 percent of the British work-force, it still makes up 27 percent of deadly injuries and nine per cent of major injuries.
Obviously, making sure you have a truly safe working platform is important when working at height. Your life might depend upon the quality of the cherry picker that you use.
