Genie Cherrypicker Hire of Harlington
Despite laborious efforts to minimize the toll, falls from height continue to be among the most common causes of death and major injury for employees in the building industry.
Although the number of injuries has fallen substantially over the last twenty years or so, construction continues to be a high-risk industry. There were 50 fatal injuries in the building trade in 2011. And although building work represents only about five per cent of the British work-force, it still makes up 27 per cent of deadly injuries and 9 percent of major injuries.
Obviously, making sure you have a really safe working platform is vital when working at height. Your life might depend on the quality of the cherry picker that you employ.
