Genie Cherrypicker Hire of Hampton Wick
Regardless of exhausting efforts to minimize the toll, falls from height are still one of the most common causes of death and major injury for employees in the building market.
Although the variety of injuries has fallen significantly over the last twenty years or so, building stays a high-risk market. There were 50 fatal injuries in the building trade in 2011. And although construction work makes up just about five per cent of the British work-force, it still makes up 27 per cent of fatal injuries and nine percent of major injuries.
Obviously, ensuring you have a truly safe working platform is important when working at height. Your life may depend upon the quality of the cherry picker that you hire.
