Genie Cherrypicker Hire of Northumberland Heath
In spite of exhausting efforts to reduce the toll, falls from height remain among the most typical causes of death and major injury for workers in the construction market.
The number of injuries has actually fallen substantially over the last 20 years or so, however building remains a high-risk market. There were 50 fatal injuries in the construction trade in 2011. And although construction work makes up only about five per cent of the British work-force, it still makes up 27 percent of fatal injuries and 9 percent of significant injuries.
Clearly, ensuring you have an entirely safe working platform is vital when working at height. Your life might depend on the quality of the cherry picker that you hire.
