Genie Cherrypicker Hire of Bush Hill Park
Despite strenuous efforts to decrease the toll, falls from height continue to be among the most typical causes of death and major injury for workers in the construction industry.
The number of injuries has fallen considerably over the last 20 years or so, however construction continues to be a high-risk market. There were 50 deadly injuries in the building trade in 2011. And although building work makes up only about five per cent of the British work-force, it still accounts for 27 percent of fatal injuries and nine percent of significant injuries.
Clearly, ensuring you have an entirely safe working platform is important when working at height. Your life may depend upon the quality of the cherry picker that you use.
